Job description

-       Responsible for distribution of goods to customer, supplier and stockist

-       Quality control over production of goods

-       Keep record of sales, stock inventory and expense reports

-       Create invoice and line sheet for stockist

-       Handle customer, supplier and stockist enquiries

-       Keep petty cash for expense claim

-       Responsible for general office admin duties



-       Diploma in any field

-       1 year experience in administration or operations

-       Passionate in retail or start up industry



-       High attention to detail

-       A good team player

-       Strong work ethic and drive

-       Problem solving and analytic skills

-       Ability to follow through a project from beginning to end

-       Ability to perform a wide range of duties

-       Experienced in organisational and social skills

-       Proficiency in MS Office

-       Fluent in spoken and written in English
